Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day:

  • on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), receive the goods, where goods are delivered in a single shipment
  • on which you, or a third party indicated by you, receive the last item, where multiple goods are delivered separately
  • on which you, or a third party indicated by you, receive the final part of a delivery, where goods are delivered in multiple consignments

How to Exercise Your Right to Cancel

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email):

You may use the model cancellation form below, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding any additional costs arising if you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).

Refunds will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive notice of your cancellation.

We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.

Returning Goods

You must send back the goods within 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your cancellation.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusions from the Right to Cancel

The right to cancel does not apply to contracts for:

  • Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised
  • Goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly
  • Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery
  • Goods which are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery
  • Sealed audio, video recordings, or software once unsealed
